Sql dumps imports etc

hi,
i’ve been working with a mysql db locally - just 1 table & index - I want to upload it as easily as possible with no disturbance to anyone. The table comes out about 12mb, with a full text index about 8mb. Seeing as i’ve already indexed it here it seems better just to upload the .frm , .MYD & .MYI rather than loading a dumped sql file and then reindexing it there. Is this possible…anyone else got experience with this? I’m on a xp machine & mysql runs a dream here too

You don’t have access to the MySQL server directly; I’m guessing the easiest thing will be to dump it and re-import it on the server.
