I turned on the spam filter for a few mail accounts. We access these accounts using Outlook. When I go to the control panel I see a lot of mail - I assume that is spam that just sits there and builts up. How do I erase that spam and how do I automate that process???

You have to log into webmail to access the junk mail folder. I don’t know if there’s a way to automatically delete that or if you’d want to - I would think you’d want to be able to check the junk mail folder once in a while for legit mail.
