Spam from host to another address

I am getting chronic “unable to deliver” emails FROM the dreamhost server TO an old yahoo address I very rarely use and don’t know how to stop it. The failed emails are clearly spam. The actual emails seem to have attachments that are spammed from various sources. The email address on the FROM is not any of my site’s email addresses but inserts my DH username as the sender and the DH server as the domain. Any suggestions to end this would be much appreciated.
