Something wrong with my account?

I just purchased service today, but it seems like I’m getting errors.

I changed password, tried to access my FTP account but it says wrong password.

Plus, when I go to my website(koosle.com) it shows following errors:

Site Temporarily Unavailable
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact the webmaster/ tech support immediately to have them rectify this.
error id: “bad_httpd_conf”

Two thoughts come to my mind:

  1. if you’re trying to access your service IMMEDIATELY after you purchased it, then the errors you’re seeing are probably just because the machines are still setting themselves up for you. Give them half a day and try again.
  2. If you’ve been patient and still get these problems, then get in touch with support. They usually respond quickly, friendly, professionally.
