This time it only [sic] took an hour and ten minutes for Softaware to fix their routing problems. Last time, it was several hours.
You folks at Dream Host announced that you would be having a meeting to ask Softaware about their (lack of) redundancy.
Did that meeting ever happen?
Why did it take so long for them to fix the problem this time?
Will you consider changing IDCs if this sort of thing continues and Softaware shows no willingness/ability to put proper redundancies into place?
