SoapClient?

I tried to use it in PHP but to encounter this error:

Fatal error: Class ‘SoapClient’ not found in /home/.kerby/xxxxxxxx/tt.php on line 3

Does this say that DH doesn’t support SoapClient? The PHP extension used to implement SOAP… I think it’s pretty common now, why doesn’t DH support that.
