So many problems!

I am a complete novice when it comes to this kind of thing, and I think I’ve gotten myself into a pickle.

My account is still listed as “pending” like many other I see on the forums. However, I tried to solve the problem myself by following what I thought were the proper instructions on the wiki. Now, I’m stuck with a pending account and TWO hosting plans when all I want is ONE plan on an APPROVED account. I’m not sure if this is important, but I never received an e-mail confirmation of my initial account sign-up.

I tried to manually delete the second plan, but I received a failure message (“error communicating with server”)!

Can anyone help? I submitted a support ticket, but thought the forum may have additional insight.
