Slow because high load @server

I recently need to submit support tickets (wilddns settings) and every time I start submitting ticket, it says

ibc notice Your web server was under a high load at the time of testing. help

I executed uptime and faced

03:13:56 up 10 days, 11:41, 1 user, load average: 30.74, 28.74, 22.17

My own computer, with usable load is
13:14:50 up 4 days, 12:24, 2 users, load average: 0.56, 0.50, 0.53 bide

That’s a good thing. If you receive that message while submitting a query then the Support guys are immediately made aware that they need to check what’s running on your server.

Gets things fixed more promptly :wink:
