Site Unreachable After Server Migration

My site has been down since ~ 0100 EST and I am having trouble understanding why. I have sent support 2 tickets about it (#5883497 #5883738) and still have not heard anything - it has been down for > 12 hours now.

I received 2 emails about my site being moved: once on Aug 4th to broadside, and given an IP of 66.33.215.168, then ~ 24H later I was sent another note that it was moved to checkmate, and given an IP of 66.33.215.194.

The URL (emlondon.ca) is unreachable, as is the last IP 66.33.215.192, however the site is reachable if I use the first IP (66.33.215.168), although it is very slow.

The DNS records all point to 66.33.215.192. I could create a custom DNS record to point back to 66.33.215.168, but I believe the problem is on your end, and needs to be rectified, although as I said, it is not clear where the error is.
