Our site, email@example.com has been intermittently inaccessible for the past month or so. Sometimes it loads quickly, but we have received frequent complaints that it has not loaded at all or loaded extremely slowly. We’ve checked our internal logs and it doesn’t appear to be a problem with the site code. It’s on Bigtop in the US east data centre. Have there been load issues with this server?
Yes, there have been some issues with ‘bigtop’ recently. I would suggest submitting a support ticket to our team requesting to be moved to another server: www.dhurl.org/dhsupport
