Site down

software development

#1

Hello, suddenly my website is down, I don’t have a webmaster to help me out but in the support mail they told me:

It looks like your Python installation was linked to static libraries
which have versions changed on Ubuntu. You’ll want to reinstall your
custom Python setup and/or link to non static libraries, for instance
libmysql.so.l7 would instead be libmysql.so.

Can anybody help me do it? thanks in advance!

Hello Isabel,

Thankyou for contacting us for support. Unfortunately we do not provide any web site development services, you will need to contact a web developer (hopefully someone will reach out and help you here) to help set that up for you. We only host your web site and do not do any designing or development. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I’m afraid there isn’t really an easy fix for this. The person who set up your site will have to re-setup the virtual env. with the new versions on the new operating system.

We can try to help you should you run into any issues but we cannot do it for you.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Have a wonderful day!
Matt C
