My only concern has been the response to site outages. Typically, if my site goes down at time T, I send a support request at T+15, the site comes back up anywhere between T+15 and T+300, and a response (saying the site is up) comes back at T+600.
Is there any way, on any plan, to be assured that down sites will be brought back up quickly? Or to get better feedback?
On the panel, it says all my sites are up, btw… Or maybe I don’t read it correctly.
