I renewed the registration for our website but the site is still not back up. I submitted a request through the help form but had to use the “other” drop down because the billing drop down form just hung when I hit submit. Anyone know how long until I should I expect a help desk ticket or follow up? I’m concerned because the email associated with the account isn’t working (because the website is down) and I had to use my personal email account. I want to make sure they can find our account. I wish that it was possible to just call in for billing questions.
