Simple way to log the domains of site visitors?

Hi - what is a nice and simple way to log visitors to my site?

Ideally I would like to be able to click on a stats file each day and have a look at the domains that people have visited from.

E.g. I would like to know that today I got 17 visits from thisdomain.com and 11 visits from thatdomain.ru

Also I’d like to be able to look through recent stats to find out whether anyone has visited from a domain in, say, Poland (ending in .pl) or even from a specific domain (e.g. hello.pl).

I’ll be grateful to anyone who helps with this.

You can get stats by browsing http://my.domain.tld/stats

Use your Panel shortname [myname12] and password to login to view them.

If they aren’t suitable, a popular stat program that works well on DreamHost is AWStats.

Hi and thanks for this. I’ve been using http://my.domain.tld/stats but need something that gives a bit more info than Analog.

Do you know of any “idiot’s guide” to installing AWStats on Dreamhost?
