Signup Fail?

Yesterday I signed up for a Dreamhost account.
Then I tried to login with the name and password I setup.
They did not work.

As the login didnt work I couldnt even generate a support ticket so had to send an email to the sales team.

It has been a day and no response, the login still doesnt work and no emails from Dreamhost

so, what is the next step???
