Signed Up & Can't Log In

Hello DreamHost users: I signed up for a year of shared hosting and purchased a domain last night. My payment was accepted and completed the steps BUT I didn’t receive any emails from DreamHost. My email isn’t even recognized to log in to DH or reset password.

Did my registration not go through? Does it take 24 hours and then I’ll hear from DH? I’m checking my cc to see if the payment was accepted.

139 views and no replies? Anyone have any ideas? My credit card has not been charged as of this morning.

From what it sounds like, you may have mistyped your email address when signing up. Don’t worry, we can get that changed — please contact DreamHost Support with the first four and last four digits of your credit card number so that we can look up your account.
