Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this… but opening a support ticket for a suggestion does seem quite right =)
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I would like to know when problems occurs and when they get resolved.

When did this happen? When was it resolved? What happened? I never seem to receive the “more details” that is always promised.
It doesn’t have to be immediate (especialy if it looks resolved but later turns out it wasn’t), but I hope there can be an event log somewhere.
