Hello - Does anyone know about the server frigga being down? It seems to be but it is not mentioned on the status page and no one from support has gotten back to me about it yet.
When I run a trace, it appears to be up just fine. Did you do a traceroute?
I did not as I do not know how to do that. Our web site was just showing up as blank pages but now it is getting the Unable to connect error on all the pages. Could you see if the trace still says it works?
It would be better if you were to run traceroute yourself:
- Open an MS-DOS prompt (command prompt).
- Type tracert frigga.dreamhost.com and hit the Enter key.

Its annoying there is nothing on their status page about this yet. Hopefully someone from support gets back to me soon.

There is something wrong as our web site is not loading and it is not a network problem but a dreamhost server problem for sure.
And how do you know it’s not a network problem?
