Our church website was set up by someone who has now lost/doesn’t remember his ID and password for DreamHost. I need to login to obtain a secure IP address as we will soon be selling items on our site.
I have tried to contact DreamHost on their contact form for more than a week numerous times and have not received a response.
That person will need to contact DH directly> as he’ll need to be able to identify his identity.
After you work this out, add more contacts to you dreamhost account, and keep them up to date.
Dreamhost support will not answer (as in neither confirm nor deny) the existence of an account that doesn’t have your contact info on it.
