I registered a second domain last night, but this morning I still haven’t gotten a confirmation email, and it doesn’t show up in the panel to check on it’s status. Should I wait a few more days? I got an email saying my payment was received.
It should show up in Domains -> Registrations as soon as you entered it. The next step would be to set up hosting for it in Domains -> Manage Domains and then Add New Domain.
It does not. What do I do next?
First check that the order went through (you can tell if your credit card, DH account, or PayPal has a $9.95 debit against it). If payment has been made send a ticket into Support via your Panel and they’ll manually add the domain to your account ASAP.
