On Thursday February 19th starting at 10AM, our cloud engineering team will be working with one of our networking vendors to upgrade the operating system on the rest of the network switches. The team identified this network gear as a likely cause of the intermittent slowness to some DreamCompute instances. Your instance will be temporarily unavailable while its switch is upgraded and rebooted.

UPDATE: After monitoring network performance during the upgrade, the team decided to rollback to the previous configuration. We uncovered an issue that was not seen during testing that involved a high rate of packet loss. Our vendor is investigating the issue and we will reschedule the upgrade once a resolution is found.
