I would like to know if DH is working with safemode=on or safemode=off
It’s quite importent for Joomla-components, especially galleries - where I’m hosted at the moment safemode is on, and it’s impossible to make the galleries work - I’m sorry to hear, that you do not know about it…

well, having never heard of safemode before, I’m not sure -but I believe it to be off. You can see phpinfo reports for php4 and 5 here at dreamhost here. They don’t say anything about safemode, and lots of people use joomla (which is aviable as a one-click install).
You could always double check with sales on this, enless someone else can confirm safemode is off.

Joomla is available as a one click install so I am not sure this is such a big deal.
