Router stability issues

Over the past couple of days, the router on my account keeps going ‘Down’, and then back to ‘Build’ for 20-30 minutes before network connectivity starts returning to my instances (which usually takes another 5 minutes before it’s back to 100%).

I’ve noticed this has occurred 3-4 times in the past 12-18 hours.

Am I the only one experiencing this issue, or is this a known issue?
