Root / su password for Centos image?

I created an instance with the Centos image and don’t have permissions with the default user for some key files I need to edit, like resolv.conf

Is there a user, other than dhc-user that I can use to edit that file? Or is there a default password for ‘su’ that will allow me to edit that file?

The dhc-user has sudo permission. You can: sudo <favorite_editor> /etc/resolv.conf to edit a file.

And instead of using su, you can get a root shell by doing: sudo -s
