Response time to upgrade question

Hi

I sent a question about what would be involved in upgrading my package from Dream… to Code Jockey a couple of days ago I think. I was wondering what kind of delay time you are having in responding to questiosn these days?

in the web panel under Billing > Change Services you’ll find a list of your services and to the far right for each, a link to u/d (Upgrade / Downgrade) said services.

OK, I see I am paid up till 05 2005, so if I change my service to Code Jockey (and it resets my billing date) then I would just have to cover the months from May - Dec 2005?

Yup… plus of course the difference in your monthly plan price from now until May! Although you’re paid up through May now, if you upgrade your plan today, you won’t be paid up through May anymore, since the new plan costs more.

You do get full credit for the unused portion of your current plan though!
