Reply from support - how long does it take?


Normally when I submit a support ticket, it is responded to within 24 hours. This is the first time I’ve sent a message to support (Nov. 6th) that has yet to be answered. The problem is that my log files (access.log/error.log) are not being written to and though this may be insignificant to some, it is very important to me.

Is there any other way to get help?



I am having the same problem. I now have two calls into them. One-Click installs are taking much more than 10 minutes… now waiting on over a day for one of them.

Edit: This doesn’t leave a good image on my as a new customer.


I finally heard back! Perhaps I was being impatient but I count on the log files for much needed information.

There might have been something stuck on my server. I just got some notifications on things being activated. Not what I am waiting on… but progress…
