Relay Access Denied - Custom MX

#1

When sending email from my test address to my domain address, which has custom MX, I get a bounce with the following message:

Reporting-MTA: dns; frontend1.messagingengine.com
X-Postfix-Queue-ID: 5EC60DB6402
X-Postfix-Sender: rfc822; [test@fastmail.fm]
Arrival-Date: Wed, 18 Oct 2006 09:45:57 -0400 (EDT)

Final-Recipient: rfc822; user@domain.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0
Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; host domain.com[208.113.148.105] said: 554
user@domain.com: Relay access denied (in reply to RCPT TO command)

I have tried creating the user@domain.com mailbox, deleting it, making it a forward, same message.

Support hasn’t answered for two hours now! I don’t get emails!

OK, I reverted to DH MX records, deleted and recreated the addresses. Nothing. Even using pine from ssh, I get the same errors!
