Redirect giving error

The main domain http://www.duncantoad.com/ was set up to redirect to subdomain http://shop.duncantoad.com/ however it is returning a server not found error. The subdomain works fine. Anyone ever have this problem?

Try re-saving the redirect in the Panel. Maybe that’ll wake it up.
