I have had emails sent from my sites blocked because of listing on Spamhaus SBL. Five instances:

I report it to Dreamhost, receive what appears to be a form response, and within 1-2 days the problem is resolved. But five instances in 7 weeks? Is this something that Dreamhost can/should prevent? Is is inevitable with a shared server? Does it mean DreamHost is allowing some spammers to use their servers? How do I get DreamHost to do more than fix it each time?
