When you try to reset/recover a password via a Gmail hosted address I am prompted to contact system administrator. There is no secret question or other method offered to me for recovery.
I log into dreamhost to solve this issue (presumably the system admin would to this via Dreamhost control panel). However, I see not way of doing this. I am directed back to the same gmail login screen when I go to manage the domain. It wants me to enter the password…but I am trying to RESET the password!!!
Any advice? Maybe i’m missing something really basic in the Control Panel?
My other option seems to be somehow downloading the mail, deleting the account and re-establishing the account. Seems unlikely this is a good idea or would work, considering you’d need the password to download the emails.
