When thinking of progmatic solutions for automatic email, jabber, and subdomain creation, I thought of an interesting idea. All this info has to be stored somewhere right? So why not store it in the users' MySQL Database? Each with its own database like, email, jabber, subdomain. And then one table for each second level domain or subdomain created.
When the dreamhost pannel reads the values from the http imput forms, it is all validated right? So... it would be as simple as applying this to reading the mysql databases. If an error happens when reading it, it will mark an entry the table called "error". Which could be read by the user's script.
Also, each user would have the option to turn this feature on or off, if it is on the user must have a mysql database server set up.
