POP services not working after recent downtime

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? As of the evening of the 27th (the night of recent downtime), I’m not receiving any email to my local client (mail.app for OSX). Now: there -is- mail (webmail works fine), and SMTP servers are working (I can send out from my client, just nothing coming in). Strange, eh? Anybody have any clues at all, or seen anything like it? Sent a note to support, but nothing gives yet…
