I used the unix groups technique before with no problem (you can see a proof here: http://www.screenr.com/WCP
But today I had to set up another one. But didn’t work. Even worst, I tried the one I posted in screenr, and it’s not working anymore! Filezilla shows:
Status: Connecting to nett.mx…
Response: fzSftp started
Command: open "email@example.com" 22
Command: Pass: ********
Status: Connected to nett.mx
Status: Starting download of /home/praisa/praisa.com.mx
Command: cd "/home/praisa"
Response: New directory is: "/home/praisa"
Command: get “praisa.com.mx” "\praisa.com.mx"
Error: /home/praisa/praisa.com.mx: open for read: permission denied
Error: File transfer failed
What I noted is that “get” command is different. In the screenr video you can see that before it only showed a ls command… I’ve requested a support ticket but they told me they can’t help me with unix groups… But I’m almost sure this has to do with some recent change in the server’s configuration they’ve made
Could somebody help me plz? I’m considering using the re-map subdir option but I don’t like how “Not even the ‘main’ domain user will be able to access it” sounds
