Sorry for ask here help, but my english is not the best and i am so confuse because the pay of my hosting

well here is my problem…

when i buyed the basic plan, they take from my credit card 30 usd ( setup and month ) ok…

so 1 month passed but i don`t know if i have to pay again this month, i should be late for the pay but my panel say other thing :S

i don`t know and i confuse
after i get a mail from DH what make me more confuse

this…

They want to charge you $9.95 (a new domain perhaps?), but your credit card was declined. You will want to go into your DreamHost Control Panel, click on Billing / Make Payment and enter a valid credit card number.

You’re on monthly billing (you pay monthly).

On 2/18, you paid for setup and one month of hosting. This is good.

On 3/18, DreamHost tried to bill you for another month of hosting, but your credit card failed. You need to pay this $9.95 if you want to continue hosting.

They will bill you again on 4/18, but you DON’T owe them that YET.

ok, i can pay anything, but just i don`t want the cancell my account

how much time more i have before they cancell if i don`t pay??

You don’t have to cancel your account.

I guess your account should be up again once you make the payment. The email from DH is just to remind you that you need to make payment to renew your account.

Since you are already late for payment. I’ll suggest you to send a ticket to DH and ask them whether it is ok to make payment now and when they will activate the account again.
