I can definatly understand why this would be disabled, but I was wondering if DH had any process in place for an administrator to send out a message to registered forum users. For example, to tell all the users from an old forum that it has moved to a new location.
I don’t think DH has disabeled it, you might need to make sure the config is set up properly with a good E-mail address and settings.
Check out ACP for E-mail settings, if you don’t find it there, you might have to edit the config file in the forum’s root directory.
I just did a mass email yesterday and it worked. Do you have more than 200 users or 1000 Not sure when the limit got changed and if it effects all users.
