Php drop menu form

I am a php newbie trying to figure out how to create a drop menu in a form.

I would like a drop box with 3 choices and have the different choices lead to 3 different pages within my site when the user clicks submit. See example…

Red -> website.com/red

Blue -> website.com/blue

Green -> website.com/green

Does anybody know how I would write the php file and html form?

That stuff isn’t so much PHP, but Javascript & CSS. A Google search for DHTML menu will bring up plenty of examples & info – if you’re talking about dynamic menus.
