anyone know a phone number for DH Support?
or, how to activate the call-back? (my account gives me three call-backs a month, but, I can't find out how to request the call0back)
When filing a support ticket, there's supposed to be a checkbox to request a call back. This, according to the wiki, since I don't get call backs.
I can't for the life of me find anywhere that I can check for a callbox - and I'm on the Monster Code plan - which allows for three call-backs...
I've been looking for how to do this for over six hours now...
I'll keep looking!
Log into the Panel > Support > Contact support . scroll to the bottom of the page. You should see something like this : image. If that's not there ypu'll have to ask support to remidy the issue.

thanks Matttail - I don't see that box there, and, it seems like that could be because I am in Canada!
