Pending Account- Account Verification needed asap


I have been waiting for ages to get my account verified. I was expecting to get started with the website as soon as I paid but instead I am greeted with an “account pending” notification even after having paid and sent a picture of my card… I would be grateful if this could be sorted out in the next couple of hours: ticket #7916545


The approvals group is an 9-5 monday thru friday department. At one time there was some weekend coverage, but I think they have once again stopped weekend approvals.
