I’m unable to connect to the control panel in any browser. What is the recommended avenue to contact support when this isn’t available?
I cannot access the panel either, which leads me to think this may be a system-wide outage. I recommend monitoring the status site for a while.
Hit or miss–I just got it three out of four times on refreshes.
It doesn’t look like ns2.dreamhost.com is responding, so I’m guessing that’s the problem.

There’s nothing new in dreamhoststatus.com, so everything is working correctly. For me it was slow but working.
Oh wait - “ns2.dreamhost.com down for short while; Posted 3 days, 20 hours ago (November 30th, 2006 at 5:41 pm PST)” but no final resolution shown.
To OP, you can try the contact form, or send an email from your DH contact email responding to a previous Support request.
They recently hired more support help.
