Over 24 hours from support and no answer


I am new with DH and can’t seem to get some initial support. I am dismayed my ticket is unanswered after over 24 hours. I am paying for something unusable by me and wasting too much time waiting for a response from support.

Open support request number almost 600.

Does anyone know how to run uncompiled miva scripts on DH servers?


You have been waiting 24 hours, much of which seem to have occurred during a national holiday. 600 tickets is a lot. My experience with DH support is that a day or two is normal. The support, once they get to you, is excellent. It’s coming.
