Our site on DreamCompute has now been down for 24 hours. I’ve put in 2 support tickets and have received one response thanking me for my patience. When will it end? That is a crazy BAD level of support! The status site reported a patch had been applied at 2pm. It’s now 10pm. Hello??? Help!!! Why isn’t there any failover support or testing of patches or maybe restoring the site prior to the bad patch?
