OneClick Trac with 500 Internal Server Error

#1

Hi,

I’m finding myself suddenly with a 500 Internal Server Error on a OneClick Install Trac installation. It was all working fine.

My error log gives me this:

[Tue Feb 02 17:20:57 2010] [error] [client 78.29.176.53] Premature end of script headers: index.fcgi
[Tue Feb 02 17:20:57 2010] [error] [client 78.29.176.53] File does not exist: /home/user/path/to/domain/internal_error.html

Is anyone able to help? Dreamhost support didn’t know what to do!

Same problem here:

Premature end of script headers: index.fcgi

Was working fine for a couple of weeks all of a sudden breaks down on Friday 2/5/10 and gives me some generic 500 Internal Server Error.

In the index.fcgi file I find this:

If you get 500 errors maybe you need to set/export the LD_LIBRARY_PATH,

just uncomment the following lines and make sure it points to the same place

you used before (Environment Setup).

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/{USER}/lib/

export PATH="/home/{USER}/bin:$PATH"

Don’t know what it means to make sure it points to the same place you used before (Environment Setup).

They have resolved my issue. They lost some packages in the reboot. They changed the OS from a network image to a local copy on each server.
