One click installer bug?

I recently ran the one click installer to install a Joomla website.
After it was finished and I received the email notification, I configured the site as per the instructions.

However, when I look at the filesystem permissions on the files and directories, they are not owned by my account.

For example:
-rw-r–r-- 1 1010 1010 83269 2009-01-09 18:52 CHANGELOG.php
-rw-r–r-- 1 1010 1010 1174 2009-01-09 18:52 COPYRIGHT.php
-rw-r–r-- 1 1010 1010 13872 2009-01-09 18:52 CREDITS.php
-rw-r–r-- 1 1010 1010 4344 2009-01-09 18:52 INSTALL.php
-rw-r–r-- 1 1010 1010 17816 2009-01-09 18:53 LICENSE.php
-rw-r–r-- 1 1010 1010 30695 2009-01-09 18:53 LICENSES.php

The installer completed running nearly 30 minutes ago.
So I assume it is finished.

I’m going to attempt to uninstall the site and run through the ‘one click installer’ again.

But someone needs to know that this process is possibly broken.

Got the same result again after removing the site then reinstalling…

Okay, so here’s the deal.
If in you’re website root, you’re using any symlinks, you need to make sure that the directory you’re installing into is a real directory before running the installers.

The one click installer process does not like symlinks when setting the permissions…

You admin folks with DH need to be aware of this problem…
