Nothing is working

i signed up yesterday, didn´t get my account approved, was told it is approved although it was not. then DH support realised it was not approved. then i got this bad_httpd_conf error, reported it, was told it was fixed. now nearly 24 hours later i still got this error on both of my domains. the ftp login doesn´t work and i get “wrong username/password”-error when trying to access mail via mozilla or webmail.

to put it short: nothing, absolutely nothing is working here and noone replies to my support ticket.

question: whom do i contact for the money-back thing?

you can close your account through the Panel > Billing > Manage Account. Heavn’t heard yet if you can use that and get your money back, or if you still need to contact support about it.
