Not getting Authorize IP email

I’m not receiving the e-mail to authorize a new IP to login-in.
I feed my e-mail suporte@plotag.com.br but I didn’t receive any e-mail until now. I tried many times. If I try the “forgot password” I get the new password e-mail correctly.

I’d suggest you to open a ticket with DreamHost Support because we can’t investigate this sort of issues from the forums.
