Nobody minding the store...once again!

please someone explain to me why i scheduled a callback for 2 days ago and nobody has called/emailed/followed up with me in any way or fashion??!!

Do they ever test these upgrades before launching them or are they a disorganized flying by the seat of their pants type of hosting company??


it seems to me that their front page tech may only work on week days. If you’ve a FP issue, you may be waiting for him/her to show up to fix the issue - if it’s not a simple reinstall of FP extensions.
