No response from from support on critical downtime

I’ve had no response from Dreamhost support on a now critical mail server issue. Approaching 4 hours of downtime now with no sign of life from support.

So, I’m just curious if it’s just affecting me or whether it’s affecting the larger user base. Since Dreamhost has no phone contact it’s hard to tell whether or not the panel is malfunctioning.

By “Works for me!” Did you recently file a support request and did you get an actual response from support?

Now 6 hours and counting that mail cannot be accessed. No response from support. Tick…tick…tick.

You do realize that Support doesn’t give instantaneous responses, right? They try to respond within 24 hours, and usually do.

Other than your trouble with Support, you’ve not given us anything else to go on, other than basically saying “my mail is broken.”
