If you don’t understand the TOS, then why did you agree to it when you signed up?

Are you saying that you had no idea there were rules you have to follow? If so, then I’d disconnect your computer from the internet, because it’s probably the only way you’ll avoid situations like this.

Why don’t you ask the Dreamhost owner that already pointed out that you’re not being honest here, instead of a random customer?

It sounds like they’ve already told you what the problem is. I don’t see how playing dumb here is going to help.
