No junk mail in webmail


I set up junkmail a couple of days ago but I have no ‘quarantine’ folder in webmail for my main account. My dad’s email account is sending him notification emails about his junk mail. I get nothing. My main account is set to forward to a gmail account, would this bypass the junk filter altogether?


FWIW I’ve found various failures of JF when forwarding is used. I suggest you take it to Support.
