Nextcloud quota isn't working / disk full

i just implemented a nextcloud instance and have it all set up on a new 80g virtual server. After it sync’d 375m of data, nextcloud said that my disk was entirely full and couldn’t sync any more. All the settings in nextcloud seem to be correct – unlimited or 100g. I have no idea why it would claim to be full, and the dashboard says there’s plenty of room. I would truly appreciate any ideas about where I should start to solve this problem.

Maybe start by login via ssh to the virtual machine (I assume you’re using DreamCompute) and check that the disks are indeed full (paste the output of df -h, so we can see also which mountpoints the machine has).
